Injured eye

I just found one of my chickens with a puffy eye but no pus or anything. The eye is loosely closed so I opened it gently and found out that her eye is pushed back into the socket and its not scratched or bloody at all. The eye itself looks just fine. Just pushed back. If anyone knows what I can do to help her I'd be really grateful. She is a pet.

Thank you. I figured it may slowly come back out. It has and its just a little puffy. I'm going to keep my eye on her.
