Our hen hurt her foot some how we think the wind blew her around we don't know what to do or what is wrong with her foot if anyone has any ideas or experience please tell us.

Alright. Keep watching her. Is she outside or have you brought her inside? If she's limping really bad you may want to bring her into the house to keep a closer eye on her, and so that she can't move around as much. It may be something simple; she twisted her foot and is limping.

we have her in the chicken pen but we can bring her in side we have our broody and the chicks in as well

we found out she broke her foot or crunched we had a rat in our she had the chickens got in there and we had a rat trap and we thing her foot got crunched in it.we hope she will be ok

I'm so sorry. You could try making a splint to brace her leg, but if it doesn't heal you may have to put her down.
