Injured Jersey Giant

this is on the back of my jersey giant, idk if its a cockrel or a pullet yet, its 4 months old. i just noticed it bleeding today,right above the tail like where roosters would mount a hen, are the other chickens pecking at it? if so what do i do, i seperated it from the others,in its its own pen, theres no roosters around where it was. how do i treat the wound? clearest pics i could get.

Do you have other roosters? I would rinse it out with some lukewarm water or saline and put some neosporine in there (the one without the pain releiver in it).
