Injured leg!

I recently got 10 new baby chicks. 2 of them are speckled sussex and the woman had put yellow bands to identify them. Well the other night i noticed one of the girls limping, upon inspection i saw the bad had rode up her leg and was cutting off circulation. I immediately cut the bands off the 2 chicks. It has been almost 48hours since i cut them off, the swelling has gone down a lot but it is clearly still bothering her. Keeping weight off of it and hobbling around. Should i continue to let her rest it or should I consider doing a treatment similar to something for spraddle leg?

Welcome to BYC. Can you post any pictures of the leg? Is she able to get to food and water? Hopefully, she will slowly recover from this injury. It is very good that you found it in time.

Thank you! I've attached a few photos. You can see when she is laying down she leans to her good side(the injured leg is her right). She also tends to have it pushed out or tucked up. I gave her water and food the first night but the next day she was able to hobble over and get food. It definitely looks way better as it was starting to go purple.

The leg looks pink, so that is a good sign. I would help the chick start to stand and walk some. A chick chair or sling might be helpful to get her up and in front of feed for periods throughout the day, while letting her out of it to rest at night and during breaks in the day. I isolated her last moght to get some good rest and have built her a sling. She kept jumping out, after a few attempts with different slings I strapped her in. I'm going to leave her in ot for a bit and then try to help her walk later today.
