Would anyone want her? She is very large 15 lbs plus, and lame. On a public pond with other waterfowl, and the owners don't want to rehab her, but are worried about winter coming. I would love to have her but she would be hard for us to catch and transport, we live 2.5 hours away. It will be up to the owners who gets her, I'm just throwing out some feelers. Whover gets her would, of course, be responsible for her capture, transport, and rehab, and she would have to be guaranteed a good home with other goose friends, preferably. She is in Montgomery county. Also, I'm not sure how tame she really is, but she does get a lot of public exposure.

I know. I fell in love with this bird when I saw her! I can't quit thinking about her!

I'm sorry you're not closer, too.
