I have an injured pullet with muscle exposed on the back of her neck. She is acting completely normal. I isolated her in the house. What can I do to help her with this? I've put vetericin and coconut oil on injuries in the past, but it doesn't feel right to put any of that on exposed muscle??? Attaching a very unpleasant image, heads up

Thankfully it isn't a bad injury. I had a skinning injury that was worse then that. Important thing is to keep flies away. Also, it is fine to use vetrycin on it. I would first use a salt rinse on it though.
