INJURED QUAIL LEG AND WING

it seems one of the girls as I was cleaning the cage tried to fly and fell it was about a 2 foot fall but she kind of flew in between the fall I didn't even think she was hurt until I noticed her not moving and I'm assuming she landed on her wing and leg both on the right side; and is now injured because she's not wanting to walk wing is a bit low , she did basically drag her self to her food earlier but can tell she’s struggling , she is drink water and eating since it occurred earlier today, any advice

Can you carefully inspect the wing and leg to see if anything is broken?

Leg doesn’t look broken out of place but she can’t put any weight on it

When she fell, she may have suffered some bruising.

I'd make sure she has easy access to water/food so she doesn't have to go very far.
