Injured Roo can he be fixed?

Is this a tendon issue that can be fixed or should I just Cull him? Does anyone know if this is something that is genetic to his breed?

What is the problem?

He is hobbling on one leg. and when he eats he is sitting down. when he walks it doesn't lift up all the way and he has stopped going up to the roost at night. He sleeps on the floor of the coop.

Did he hurt his leg maybe?

I am thinking he might have but i am not sure how he hurt it. I check to see if anything was broken and didn't feel anything out of place. His joint is swollen but thats all. I am wondering if his legiment is out of place but cant find anything about that happening to a 6 month old just babies.

I am going to try Vitamin D for a week and see if he starts to improve. Someone mentioned that it might be Rickets.
