Injured rooster was in fight Lost his tongue and is injured bleeding has stopped

Hi I found two roosters that were finished fighting with both seriously injured with dried up blood, one of them has their feathers plucked and his tongue fell out, if skmeone has help please tell me, he is still standing up and breathing and warm, he is relaxed and is in a warm place, please give me help or answers. How do i feed it when it is healed how do i heal it, what do i do when it wants to eat or do anything or drink water please help!!!

I would even pay someone to come and heal the bird and even take it to take care of it but please help I don’t want any animal to not survive.

Will “Fast acting Gel Super Clot for dogs,cats,birds and small animals” work on the rooster for the pain ti be dumb and no infections can occur? I dont want to put something thatll hurt him I need answersss ((

The pictures are too dark to tell a whole lot but you can give them sugar water.
