I found an injured snow goose yesterday. No mate, so either he or she lost it, or hadn't found one yet. He was on the side of the road injured. Maybe hit by a car, not sure. He is apparently blind, when I got him home and out him in my big horse stall, he would casually walk into things. It does appear one of his eyes was injured. I pick him up and set him in his pool to drink, he immediately drinks a good amount, gets out and lays down. I've offered him cracked corn, chopped Romain lettus, and a warm bran mash but he won't eat. I was delighted to see him eat a couple bites of his cracked corn, but I'm worried he's not eating enough. What can I do for him?

You could help him eat by making the food easier to reach and keep him under close observation. Water is more important initially than food but if he is really blind he is likely going to need assistance of a long term sort. I am no expert on geese but I do wish you the best dealing with your new found friend.
