Injured toenail or digit? Should I be concerned? Newbie

Hello there, We are newbies and just noticed our 6 week old golden Sexlink has an injured black toenail or toe. It doesn’t seem to affect her, she doesn’t limp or appear to be in pain, should we be concerned or treat it? We live in Texas, so no frostbite issues. Thanks for any help.

if she doesnt appear to be in any pain i wouldnt... not much i can think of to do even if you want to tho....
