Welcome!
I use neosporin and it works great on my ducks' injuries. I second the vetercyn spray, when I've dealt with a few flesh wounds like this I'll put vetercyn on once a day in the morning then neosporin on at night. Works wonders; my duck was just recently attacked by a raccoon like two weeks ago now? And her wounds are almost entirely healed by this process. Then again, they weren't that bad. Maybe not quite as bad as poor Sunny's wound.
I hope she makes a speedy recovery! I panic a lot when my pets are injured but I've been slowly learning not to freak out as I learn more from the amazing people here on BYC on how to treat wounds.
