Injury or disease?

This started yesterday, only on 1 chicken, they are 5 months old. We have put chicken RX medicine on it the last few days.

Injury or disease, any help would be appreciated.

I also wanted to add that the chicken is acting normal, eating and drinking - just not sure what's wrong with the eye.
