    Not the best pics bur I don't want to handle it until necessary when treating it otherwise it freaks out and we're all stressed

    If that is the only injury then I think the duckling has a very good chance of surviving.

    Do you want to try giving the augmentin? If so, are you comfortable giving liquid orally from a syringe?
