It has an open spot on its neck. You can see muscle but it has stopped bleeding. Drinking good.If that is the only injury then I think the duckling has a very good chance of surviving.

Between two spoons works pretty well.
If you decide to use it you will want to grind up one pill and mix it with 20 ml of water, stir/snake well, then give 0.24 ml orally twice a day. Refrigerate after making.
Note that the pills are not water soluble, so the powder will most likely settle quickly. If for some reason it floats, I would not try to use this.
