"Ink" on eggs

I have a hen that is laying her eggs and there is an ink like substance on them. Today I noticed it also in the pine litter around her egg. Is there something wrong with her?

That's were that pen went!!! I thought maybe she was getting into some berries somewhere. I have no idea what the heck it is.
