Innovative chicken brooders

Meepberp im in serious coop envy! I wish I had room to have a brooder in my coop. As it is I have way to many chickens in my coop (I have two coops but they all cram into one to sleep...it's ridiculous!)

That is only one corner, my coop's grand total is bigger then many peoples houses... The excess space makes things a lot easier sometimes, but can be a hassle other times... If the existing building wasn't already there I would have a much smaller coop...

The first level is finished. The second level will be removable, and have a divider in the middle. Now the husband wants me to build more for rabbits.

Why the heat lamp with the brinsea heat plate?

I had to open a window in my bathroom. The oven effect was in full effect and the chickies had escaped the confines and were laying on the tile behind the toilet!!

Thanks for the replies heat plate wasn't on yet, I am running a 60w regular bulb in it now that the plate has come to temperature.
