I have 18 eggs in my little gaunt incubator with a egg turner. The temp of the room is a steady 60 degrees and it is on the lowest setting but it will not drop below 104 degrees. What should I do

Turn it off so the eggs don't cook. How long has it been at 104? That's a lethal temp, hopefully they're ok!
Have you calibrated the thermometer that you check the incubator temp with? It might not be right. What kind of incubator?

Little giant still air
If it's still air you're better off. Still airs should be run at 102.
I have hatched chicks out before and the temp did just fine, not sure what’s wrong
Every time you unplug and then re-plug in an incubator, something changes. Lol.
Seriously though, incubators constantly change. A temp reader could fail, or it could get a hole, or it could be the room temp or location of the incubator, etc etc.
