Inqubater reconditions

[Burns ducks and chickens]

Hey guys! So I am having trouble finding an inqubater to hatch chicken and duck eggs in. The one I have now works terribly, temp at the lowest stetting is 108. So I am looking for some recommendations for an inqubater to get. I am looking for something that keeps a good temp, 500 dollars at the most, can hold up to 40 eggs and that already comes with all the parts. Thanks in advance!!!
