Inside of hen’s eyelid turning black?

Today when I went out to see my four hens I noticed that one of them had black on the inside of her eyelid. There was also a little bit of black on her comb. Is this something to be concerned about? I’m worried it’s avian pox.

Not pox - most likely a slight peck on the comb - eyelid appears normal to me.
