I covered the floor with a single sheet of linoleum. I made a clean out door on the side and it is a piece of cake to clean. I made a simple video below

What @TerryH said. I'm in my first year of raising chickens, so still wet behind the ears, but I really like the Black Jack #57. It's made clean up easy.

I use sand instead of wood chips. Scoop the poop out with a kitty litter scoop. Plus the sand helps dry out the poop = less smell
