Thank you as I take MG for muscle cramps already. A 1 for 2 would be nice.Have any of you tried specifically Magnesium Glycinate? I tried just about everything from herbal remedies, sleeping pills, melatonin and all other types of magnesium (there are I think 10 different types). I would take forever to fall asleep and when I did wake up every hour usually around 3-4am being wide awake. I stumbled upon an article about Magnesium Glucinate which I had never heard of specifically. I didn’t think it would do much since I have tried so many other types of magnesium, but I have been sleepless for awhile now and willing to try anything. I picked up some 400mg tablets and ever since I have been sleeping like a rock. I have only been taking them for a month so far, but I’m pretty sure this is the best month’s sleep of my life.
