Insomniacs unite!

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried Chamomile tea or soothing music? Sometimes listening to a golf game (I'm not a golfer) puts me right to sleep. 🤣
I have not tried the tea but I do have a honey vanilla chamomile one and plain chamomile I could try. I was listening to music but just regular music not anything particularly soothing or unsoothing LOL I hate golf hahahaha that might work! I had caffeine again yesterday BUT! I had it at like 1:30 and then 5-5:30 ish so I should have been able to sleep!!!!! I didn’t have it at my usual 7-10pm :lau
 
Well, maybe try reading something boring? Melatonin is OTC for sleep maybe try that. If not, perhaps a chat with the doctor about a possible sleep aid.
Thanks!!!!!!!!! Melatonin didn’t work for me when I tried it before but I could try again LOL last night I went to bed a little early then woke up at 4 and came on here then fell back asleep until like 8:20 LOL
