I have a small portable chick run i would keep them in with her in her run.(they would be ablke to see each other but not peck) She is all by her lonesome, so im thinking to let them in when they are a WEE bit smaller than her so that she can still be at the top, but they can stick together... Would this work?

Yes, that sounds like a good plan! Since she is all alone; she may even accept them after two or three weeks, you'll have to see how it goes.
