Integrating chicks with a duck

Hi, I have three baby chicks that are about the age to be put in their new home. However, I have a duck that lives in the same fenced area as where the chicks new home will be. I was wondering if there is anything that I need to worry about with integrating the two? I would hate for either of them to get sick from one another. Thanks!

I have Geese Ducks Gunieas & chickens all together in the same yard ..

No chickens ducks geese guinea can all live together but Turkeys can defiantly pass on diseases and need to be kept separate .....
