Really with just a 5 week difference in age, I would not worry about it. The above advice I believe is with the the thought that there is a much bigger age difference.
Could you tape a piece of cardboard so that is leaned agains the wall? A little hide out?
But truthfully, I would wait til as close to dark as you can. See what they do. I am thinking that they will probably follow the bigger girls into the coop.
I am wondering how you are rounding them up each night? They have to be fast as lightening.

I really don't think it will be a big deal if:
- you truly have room. Ten birds will eventually need a fair size coop. About 5 feet by 8 feet would be a good place to start.
- the birds are getting along in the run
- you have an extra roost and a hideout
