Integrating new Guineas to my Flock

I have 11 guineas that free range our farm (and get locked in their coop at night). I've currently got about 30 eggs in the incubator, and want to add some of the "new ones" to my flock once they are old enough. Any advice on the best and safest way to integrate? I've got a few ideas, but want to go about this the best way possible.

Usually I brood mine outdoors with some chicks. I let them start free ranging at a few weeks old. They break off and go with the guineas around 12 weeks old on their own.
