This is what perked the concern.

How big is that in feet by feet?
Just a ridge vent may not be enough, especially when it becomes covered with snow.
Am confused about the 16x20 part......is the coop in the shed or....?

Here are some pictures, the coop is 40sf. I am new to chickens and am still working on the inside of the run and winterizing it. I do plan to fully cover the run with clear tarps to keep the snow out to give them as much winter space as possible. I don’t want to do that quite yet as we are still having some nice days. On the ends I plan to use a combination of tarps and shade cloth so that there is ventilation.

My shed is 16x 20 and not well ventilated and that’s where the new girls sleep. I have windows in it that I have open slightly to provide some ventilation while the chickens are in there I added pictures above.

x2. I don't get heavy snow but every year my ridge vent gets covered by snow, so it does not provide any airflow during those times. Looks like here the ridge vent is the main ventilation, and with walls being short I'm not sure where would be a good place to add more ventilation.

I go out twice a day at a minimum to do food and water (put it out and bring it in) plus I will have to remove snow from the run roof so I won’t allow snow to build up on the coop. It has a metal roof with a steep pitch so most snow should slide off of it.

If that works out, that'll be great - I can tell you snow doesn't slide off my metal roof (though my pitch is probably slightly less steep) and there's no way I can reach up to clear it. It does look like you'd stil need more ventilation though (guessing the ridge vent is... 4" across by 8' long? That's 2.6 sq ft when you should optimally have 1 sq ft per chicken) and I really am not sure what to suggest as the roost is pretty much right where you have those small rectangle vents. I assume your older birds did ok in it last year?

The shed you're using for the younger birds... any chance that that could be turned into a coop for the whole flock?
