I think Aart asked a good question, how did you lose those two. That could play a part in the decision. Is your flock likely to infect e newcomers?

How old will everyone be?

Mine are about 2 and a half years old, the newcomers about 18 month.

Should I have to quarantine them or I can separate them in the coop just to give them the opportunity to know each other?

It depends. Those facilities practice much tighter biosecurity than many people would believe. If those hens came straight from that facility I would not bother quarantining them. I'd consider it a waste of time. It's more likely your flock will infect them with some disease or parasite than they will infect your flock.

If they came from an auction or anyplace where they have been exposed to other chickens from a different background I'd think quarantine is a great idea. Have they had a chance to pick up something since they left their old home?

No, they would get into a cardboard box in my car and next step in the coop. Instead of going into the slaughterhouse...
I hope I can do it again soon.There are specific times according to their schedules.
