Interest in starting a new flock

Thank you for the words of encouragement.

My kiddos have learned about every chicken during our shelter-in-place. They picked out Silkies, American Copper Marans, and Azure Egger chicks.

The chicks have been ordered from Alchemist Farms, an NPIP certified hatchery in Sebastapol, CA. We've placed our chick order, and are waiting patiently to pick them up soon.

I am hoping some of our chicks will turn out to be 4-H show quality and within the Standard of Perfection definition. We're hoping the 3 bird types will get along. Since they will be all chicks when we receive them.
