Interested in getting quail

I keep mine on the ground on sand. I have cinderblocks that I’ve been planting things in around the pen so nothing can dig under.

I keep most of my japanese quails on the ground (all except one pair). I like keeping them in aviaries, because they get plenty of room to forage.

Here is a coop I built for them. I also keep two golden pheasants and a california quail in here.
