Interesting Welsh Harlequin bill color

Not super important, but I was looking at pictures of my old flock of ducks. I had 3 female Welsh Harlequins.
I noticed that one of them has a completely differently colored bill than the other 2!
Has anyone else had this happen before?

Here's a couple more pictures. The one in question in the 2nd picture is on the left.
I noticed that her body coloration is also quite different, but not male coloring. She also doesn't have the signature curled tail feather. Thoughts?

Sometimes WH breeders have not been careful to keep the breed pure. I had one with a yellow, spotted bill and light feet. Not breed standard but she was sweet. Yours looks like a cross with a white duck.
