We had two broody hens this year hatch eggs. In the coop, my trust worthy clean faced tailed araucana hen hatched three EE's (we lost some chicks during hatch ). The father is an ameraucana (he is out of a buff ameraucana hen and the daddy is a wheaten ameraucana roo). Any how, the two that came from my EE hen Jasmine (she's a wyandotte ameraucana cross) are showing some interesting wing patterns. I can't wait till they are fully feathered to see how they turn out!! Also, I took new pictures of the three new silkies we got. One is a cuckoo cockeral, and the other two are hens. The buff silkie hen is out of a Hattrick hen.
Enjoy the pics!
EE chick #1 - I love how the wing pattern is coming out on this chick! Need vibes that this one will be a hen!
