I have 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the same coop and run. They kinda get along. I have 1 white leghorn that is not so nice to the teenage chick my problem is I also have another coop and run attached to the adult coop with 6 almost 12 week olds the question is why do the 4 not want anything to do with the 6 as they see each other all the time but the 2 teenagers will peck the 12 week olds thru the fence witch it's actually chicken wire will I ever be able to integrate them all together

How long have they been able to see each other? You might want to move the fence back far enough so they can't reach the younger chicks. At this age, the chicks are too young to be in with the others, so right now, this is normal behavior. When they're closer to four months old, you should be able to put them in together, but will still need to allow them two weeks to adjust to the new pecking order.

On the Leghorn herself, she might just be the queen of the flock. Also, some hens and breeds are more aggressive than others, so this might be the case. If she becomes too much of a problem (drawing blood, the others loosing weight due to not being allowed to eat, etc.), you might need to reset the pecking order on her. That is, you separate her for three days or so, then throw her back in and allow two weeks for everything to readjust.
Because she doesn't seem to be too much of a problem and you have a small flock that might still be adjusting to each other, I'd wait on a pecking order reset, and possibly wait until the chicks are added because that might chill her down some as the pecking order will be more spread out, and not all attention will be on the teenagers.

They have been able to see each other for almost a month and the 2 runs are actually connected so moving 1is not an option lol
