I got 8 chickens back in May then my local feed store had the Buff Orpingtons that I had always wanted, so I got two of those. The original 8 aren't very accepting of the two Buffs. If I free range them in the garden everything is okay for the most part, but I am afraid to keep them in the run that attaches to the coop with the others. I unfortunately have two roos that I wasn't expecting in that group of eight and those two guys don't make it easy on the little Buffs either. They do all share the same coop at night. I have separate roosts for the original 8 and the Buffs. Any suggestions?
