Thank you, That would be good. Then I wouldn't have to worry about breeding to produce a White Cockeral. Just incase I will keep studying.Hopefully you get a good hatch rate! Fingers crossed!
So my best bet would be Birchen over White? If I don't get a cockeral.I have read that silver based would be a better foundation for recessive white, so you were right there. In theory it says a silver based white bird wont yellow as bad as a gold based one, but any white can yellow in the sun. Even my white leghorns yellow some. They molt in pure white then by the time they are ready to molt again are a pale yellowish color in places. Keeping birds out of the sun helps there, mainly with show birds. @marchick
