Thank you Chooksman! They have a lot of work left to be done. I will not give up! The parasitic white and they need work on egg color. Together we will get there! One step at a time!

I am not sure! I will have to go out tomorrow and get a good look. #2 without a tag has a lot of growing to do. He is out of the youngest batch.

tag #1 is staying with you as long as he live regardless of his mass . he has the most desirable traits .
Black jack and his brother ace we have to select the best of them two .
Red Dragon { white tag } he is staying too .
Tag #2 let him mature more to see how he turn up .

we want to keep one cockerel from each hen if possible .

to darken the eggs color you should get some stock from @Tom Bright . he is no far away from you .
do some swapping cockerels with pullets if possible .than both of you will have a complete marans traits to work with . will take you less time plus you expend the gene pool . @Tom Bright his marans are a same class to your .he is in the 3 generation .

parasitic white will go away one day for sure .

Chooksman, It's dark out but I went out and checked for white and they all the cockerels have parasitic white. The youngest cockerel from violet has the least amount of white so far. Yellow, red and white band are all big. Not sure which is biggest. The two with no tags are younger though.

These are eggs I am getting so far.
