Well I reached out to the breeder I bought from and she gave me two pullets! One olive egger and another BCM. This one doesn’t have feathers on its legs and is a bit more scrappy looking though.

I will share more pictures next week on both BCMs!

she is good type maybe a little small because in looked after properly but she has a good marans traits all over her .
love the color of her eyes and length of her tail .she is little mossy but that will go away after molting .

as I mentioned long time ago I have problem with evil neighbors (as well as everybody else). I expect tomorrow people from the urban planning office for inspection. no fear but I have to take care of the mess. house, chickens, dogs, garden and just 1 pair of hands. so photos are the last in a row.

I got chicks too!!! we mailed in wheaten marans eggs. They all had detached aircells but 7 out of 12 hatched on Saturday without any help and so far all are healthy and happy looking.
Pictures are of the chicks, eggs, and parent stock.
God keep you all safe in these troubled times

well happy for you . the chicks look good .
I like the parent stock body type ,body color is a mixture of dark end correct wheaten .
you can see in the photos of parent stock .the rooster favorite hen is the one with a best and correct wheaten color .
love the eggs shape the color can be improved .
keep posting photos of the chicks as they grow ,so we can see how they doing .

everything here is legal, so no problem. but it is not good when they disturb all the time. I had other things to do and I wasted half day.
