Red bronze is usually created by crossing bourbon red with bronze. This is my red bronze hen, Sweet Pea. She is actually eastern wild x bourbon red.

if I cross royal palm hen to red bourbon tom would their offspring breed true? is it the way to get red palms?

No. That crossing also produces red bronze and red bronze do not breed true. Breeding red bronze to red bronze would produce bourbon red, red bronze, and bronze. I think there may be a few minor variations too but those three are the most likely.

I tried this calculator and from there it seems there are different results with male royal palm. if royal palm is female the offspring (both male and female) will be the same.

he is gorgeous .great lacing .

if you breed F2 Red Bronze together will manage to breed it true .will take few more generation and few tricks .
