my dark eggs layer pen .
looking forward to see chicks from them .
10 pullets with 1 cockerel .
I ll split them into 2 group soon . BC will go with a Blue copper cockerel half brother and the solid black will stay with Black Momba for a white .

I ll love to breed from this BLC cockerel. lovely coplete and correct body pattern and copper

love his body type and his tail angle . correct specimen . job well done .

you proved many people wrog by breeding a gorgeous BCM cockerel from a Blue copper pairing . most breeders beleive you can not do that .

98 fertile marans eggs start incubating this morning at 00,00 am
my selection was based on the shape of the egg and the weight 65g and up, not the colour .most of my oldest pullets are laying lighter eggs now .they have been laying for 7 months now .so the colour is not that important now ,but the shape of the egg is going to give me a type of chicks I m looking for .plum type . .
Dominant white Rooster Stillone X best white daughters .30eggs
Black Momba { solid Black} X dark egg layer .his half sisters and pullets from different line not related to him .best eggs .32
Saharacas { dark silver/gold cuckoo} X sisters and half sister white pullets and BC. 30eggs
Cry Wolf { Columbian} X Birchen pullet. 6 eggs .
I musing my new 2 incubator italian brend River.49 eggs capacity .
the cabinet incubator still hasn t arrived technical problem with the import . 4 to 6 week more waiting .

I ll be using 2 incubator 96 to 98 eggs every week .
ordered more eggs from Liza s .her marans are the best .

Sunday September 14 hatch day .
the gosling going a hatch a same day . looking forward to the spring .

agree with Keith 100% .the big typee hen will fix the size and mass .
we need the body colour and the quality of the copper from the cockerel .

just paid for 2 Dz silver cuckoo fertile eggs .they ll be sent to me this coming Monday .
the 3 hens are from my line .the rooster from Avgen import stock .good blend .looking forward to get some of my old Charlie progeny . best rooster I ever worked with .he was eagly looking dude .but sired champions .

my flock is getting larger every day .
