Am I looking at an intestinal prolapse?
She’s a 4 day old Prairie Bluebell Egger. She’s smaller and less active than her sisters, and I often find her alone on the edges of the brooder. She’ll drink from a spoon when I offer her liquid, but she doesn’t show a lot of interest in eating.
I’ve been spoon feeding her water with a bit of sugar and Chick Boost, and making sure her bottom is clean. Is there anything else I can do for her?

Looks like the navel is not healing or it's pushing out? Is that what you are thinking?

I don't really know of anything else you can do, but wait and see if that dries up and falls off. I would be concerned about infection or possibly internal development issues. Has the chick pooped at all?

@Pyxis may have better suggestions.
