Intnl Delight Coffee tins - any creative uses???

I like to recycle and reuse. Before I chunk this cute little tin in the garbage, can anyone tell me a creative/practical use for it.

I don't like to be a pack rat, so unless it's a really feasible use, then I'll just need to throw it away.

They:
Make good spice jars, esp. since you can buy bagged spices much cheaper per oz than the jarred stuff.
Make good piggy banks for kids (decorate the tin with paint or construction paper glued on)
Can store small items, like beads, or art supplies.
Make a handy change holder for your purse.

Bible School is coming up, and kids love to glue and glitter, so they would make great banks!!!

Thanks, good ideas...my creative juices just weren't flowing like normal.

@_rancher - it's just a little thing - appx 5 in long x 3 in deep x 3 in high.

I agree banks or small thing holders (beads and such) or give them to a church for vacation bible school or a four H group.

I use those in my classroom for little things like tacks, paperclips, and other things, and at home for loose screws, nails, push pins you name it!

They come in handy for portable crafts like small count cross stitch projects. You can fit a small pair of scissors, all the thread, and the instructions in there, plus the fabric when out of the hoop. The hoop is the only thing that didn't fit, but it was rubber-banded to the box when not in use.

DH screwed several to boards, which were then mounted as shelves in his work area. He uses them for screws, nails, nuts, bolts, electrical connectors, etc.
