Intro

Well I am pretty sure there is a bobcat in the woods. Many of the neighborhood cats have disappeared. Though there are many stray dogs that roam. Our back yard is fenced and had been a hang out for cats when our dogs are in the house. I have never seen a stray get into our yard. Though our border collie has no problem getting out

All the cats are gone now accept our one small one that gets out on occassion. I know he hasn't run anyone off. He is small and hasn't ever had any cat fight marks on him. Our kids also found a half eaten coon as well. YUCK! I doubt a pack of dogs did that.

I have seen a large owl a couple of times. I have seen snakes up close to the house. And I am sure there are a couple foxes that drift through. So I guess I just need to think on things a bit more.

This is just an extremely wooded area. Even in town, people put fencing (usually electric) just to keep the deer out.

I am running to the feed store today to see if they have anything they have that would give me some ideas
