Looking for good advice and see what others are going through with their chickens. I became a chicken parent of four in 2024. Had two pitbulls get into run by pushing through the doorway, killing all except one escaped. She is still with us except separated. Had been jumped on and pecked a lot by some of the other six I purchased this past year: two Dominiques and 4 Eastereggers. My original one is a Buckeye. Love my chickens, but I DO NOT like the bullying. I know there is a pecking order, but I am not going to let blood show up. I work fulltime and cannot monitor them throughout the day so they have been caged up most of the days.
I did have a fence installed for the backyard for them and reenforced the door.

:welcome ! Nice to meet you! Personally, I'd separate her with one other hen at a time and see who gets along and who doesn't. There is usually an instigator, find out who that is, separate them, and see if the other ladies all get along. If so, rehome the troublemaker. Always solve problems for peace within the flock!

Welcome aboard. Last year with my first flock ( who I lost all of them due to a fox and 1 died suddenly) I had americaunas and brahmas. I had to re-home cleo due to being picked on because she was smaller and more docile then the rest. If I had the room I would have took her and her sister and put them alone in a pen. So I understand the problem u r having and it is hard. Watch them for a while and u will see who the aggressor is and then u can act accordingly. Wishing u luck
