Introducing a cockerel to my girls

Hello all I am finally ready to put my sweet boy with the girls I have just placed him in the see no touch area of the run. He is 10 weeks old. I have 14 girls, all under a year and all laying. Please give me all your tips and advise. Thanks!!

A lot of clutter, a lot of space, several roosts, hidden feed stations placed so that birds eating at one, can not see a bird at another. They may run him ragged, that is a good thing...but he has to have the ability to get away.
