Introducing a new chick

Well was just wandering I have three 6 or 7 week ole Roos and two pulleys well I just put in a 2 month old pulley and they seem to be picking on her it's just the Roos tho wat should I do?

A female chicken under the age of one year old is a pullet.

Introductions need to be made gradually, like through a chicken wire wall. Otherwise the newcomer can be killed.
