He's probably just adjusting to the new flock. Just make sure he has food and water and he'll be fine.
As for their breed, the first does appear to be a polish mix due to his slight crest. He might be mixed with marans. The second, if he doesn't grow in any tail feathers, might be a aracauna mix.
