So I have 12 hens and my rooster died in the fall so I am currently raising a new roo which I haven't named yet ugh. He's 7 weeks and would like to put him out with the girls bro ably in like 2 weeks. If the winter ever ends in Ohio lol. So should I just stick him out in the coop one night and let him be. He's not full grown so I wasn't sure if the hens would try to pick on him. Or should I put him in the yard one afternoon and hope he goes I wth the girls at dark?? Please help
