Introducing chicks to a broody hen when one of the chicks is 2 weeks older

I've had hens wean their chicks at three weeks, some that wait until well over two months to wean theirs. With living animals you never know what will actually happen. I can easily see where that single chick may be on its own for over a month. I can also see a scenario where the second broody adopts the single chick to raise with the others, that would not shock me. Perhaps the OP will get lucky, perhaps not. I certainly can't guarantee one way or any other.
