Introducing my Chicks

I know this has been asked a thousand times before but here it goes. I have four, 4 week old chicks. They are in separate housing facing my big girls. So they can always see each other. I let them free range at different time of the day. The chicks go over to the hens and they both stare at each other. There doesn't seem to be any aggression for the hens at all, just curiosity. So far. They love to watch the chicks take their dust bath. So cute they are.

Now I know that it's a little early to let them out at the same time but does anyone know how old they should be when I do let them out together?

The closer in size they are the better - so timing depends on the breeds. I've had good luck with chicks at 10 or 12 weeks.
